Everything was clean and new, and they did a good job. I was a little nervous about the procedure, but their laser works 100 times faster than the old style of lasers, so it really didn't hurt much at all. The whole thing only took about 60 seconds and afterwards it just felt like a sunburn for about two hours. When I woke up the next morning there was no pain whatsoever. After one treatment the ink looks like it's about half as dark as it used to be. I'm so glad I finally did this!
